One of the most common signs of stress is feeling overwhelmed and struggling to find a balance. Other indicators may include increased perspiration, difficulty sleeping, feeling anxious, headaches, chest tightness, changes in appetite, difficulty concentrating, and feeling irritable or short-tempered. If you are experiencing any of these signs, it may be time to take a step back and assess your stress levels.
One technique that helps to eliminate stress is with a free flow brain dump
The free flow brain dump technique is a great way to brainstorm and bring out ideas that you may not have thought of before. It involves writing down any and all ideas that come to mind without any judgement or censorship. This allows you to explore all possible directions and even come up with solutions to problems that you may not have expected.
To use this technique, start by writing down any thoughts, questions, or ideas that come to mind. Take your time and let the ideas flow freely. When you’re done, take a step back and look at the big picture to see what new solutions you can come up with.
